Motivation/Training Sessions

Daryl Sanders has been a motivational speaker most of his life. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Marketing. He played football at OSU and was drafted #1 by the Detroit Lions. It was here that he first became involved in the car business calling on Chevrolet and Cadillac as a supplier. He became Exec. VP of a fortune 500 company that was that supplier, and then he left the corporate world to get into the retail car business in Connecticut.

He was a used car manager, general manager, and later founder and owner of a new Cadillac point in Columbus, OH. His meetings are energized and positive in all aspects of the car business. He could come to your store for one or two days of training and motivating the Internet sales staff and all those affiliated with it. And he could be a source of encouragement to dealer management as well.

He can also do 20 group meetings, seminars, and any other large venue. He has spoken to small groups and to thousands.

There is no doubt that the Internet is already influencing more and more of the dealer sales. There is popping up dealer blogs where people are beginning to rate their dealership experiences and we must be ready for this type of exposure. In one recent study we are seeing less product loyalty from Internet shoppers than we had just two years ago. This is because of all the information available on the Internet.

Every dealer needs to sit down and begin budgeting more diligently for ALL their Internet efforts including their web sites, and finding more ways to convert more web site visitors into a solid prospect, third party leads and their role in dealership sales, and all the other aspects of exposure on the Internet.
