About Us
We have been consulting with car dealers for going on 10 years – helping dealers getting their Internet sales departments up to speed.
There are 4 Basic Levels that can help every dealer:
1. Installation Package - build and install 100-day automated email with phone schedule reminders – Assuming your CRM tool can support an automated email follow up system, we will build a personalized series of emails and schedule them for you over a 100 day period. In addition, we will schedule a phone follow up system to reach the maximum number of Internet leads. We will hold 3 phone/webinar meetings to train staff in the use of the process.
2. Install and Train Package - 90-day training program - We have a training program that over a 90-day period we can do a combination of in store visits and online webinars. During this time IDS will build an automated email and scheduled follow up system. In addition, we will train staff to write emails, make Internet lead appropriate phone calls, set appointments, and overall engage with more Internet lead prospects. We will build a reporting system for management so that easily, every month store management can track the entire Internet department’s sales funnel.
3. Outsource Management Package – With many stores we have developed a management relationship within the store, whereby, we become literally a part of the management team. First we build the process in the store, we train staff to follow the process, and then we hold staff accountable to the store’s process. We make sure they make the calls, set appointments, and followup with their leads in a disciplined fashion. We make reports to dealer management to easily allow them to see progress. This is based on an ongoing relationship, which includes managing turnover,regular in store visits, and regular motivational meetings. We have been a part of some store’s management team for over 8 years. This level of relationship returns the highest rate of success over the long term.
4. Motivation Meetings – We visit dealerships, 20 groups, seminars and the like for one or two days of training and motivation meetings. In these meetings management will get a picture of how their Internet departments can succeed, Internet staff can understand Internet prospect behavior and how to better win them.
